Greetings from Melbourne

Greetings from Melbourne ....

This is my 4th day in Melbourne. Am staying with my good friends from Uni at Burwood Road. My first night was at city Melbourne staying with an old friend back in high school.

The time here is 2 hours faster than Malaysia's, so I ended sleeping late the past few nights and had to wake early for the music seminar. I almost 'fishing' at the tram and also during the seminar. So so tired...some more the weather is cold...feel more sleepy. LoL~

Weather here is cool...and it's getting colder each day. Brr~~~ I have to travel to attend the music seminar at Glenfern by Tram, which takes around 30 minutes from where i stay (includes waiting and walking to and from the tram stop).

Tram for Route No. 16....the tram that I use every morning to get to Inkerman Street.

Public transport here is so convenient and efficient. Can't compare it with Malaysia. :P

Past few nights been eating at my friend's home (save money!!). Can you believe...the guys cooked these dishes??? That's chinese cabbage with egg, fish with taufu and chicken with ginger. Slurrpp~~

The seminar went well...everything went well. We all had a good time and learnt a lot from the professors there. We learned more in depth about the Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Impressionist and 20th Century music; and we were also given a lecture about Children's psychology and also the technical parts in a grand piano (it's soooo interesting).

For those who don't know much about music instruments, below is a photo of us taking with a Harpsichord. Before the Piano was invented, Harpsichord was widely use...and that time it was the Baroque period (during 1600 to 1750).

Taken with teachers from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with the harpsichord. Heh...looks like an organ as it's got two levels - up and down.

Tonight i had dinner with all the teachers and the professors at Silky Apple chinese restaurant at High Street, Melbourne. The food there are delicious...sorry i didn't take any photos of the food. :P Too hungry~ The best dish tonight was the sizzling beef. The meat is so tender... :D~ There were 8 dishes tonight and we all eat until full full...

Photo....

Another photo....

Will be back this Sunday morning. Thus, next week can meet up with you all d~

I MISS YOUUU ALL~~~ ESPECIALLY MY DARLING ESTEE~ :D
