flowers for you m'dear?

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
roses :D wheee~ laughs* i can't believe went all the way down to petaling street just to get flowers cause it's so pverpriced in KL. i am not gonna lie lar. girls in general like flowers. they will be lying if they say they don't. usually they would be allergic or don't like that specific kind of flowers but in general 99% of girls wouldn't say no to flowers.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
okaylar, got the occasional "flowers are a waste of money".

they are. but girls still like them and they will accept once you have bought it anyway. hahahha and they say only but smiling like dungu-_- so vart to do.

i kept smelling the roses. no smell one-_- i kept asking why isn't there smell. so sad okay and the only reply i got back was, " you obviously never receive roses before."

sorrylarh. but usually when i smell my friend's bouquet all got smell mar-_- they sprayed CK before giving to the girls is it?

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
this is what happens when bulat sees roses :D
this was at Alexis, Midvalley last year or something.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
red cheeks wannahave. see no evil, see all lovely :D

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
clown wannabe :D

damn bodo. the petals are still in my japanese note book: D hahahaha

actually the whole point of this post is to tell you a secret.

a secret i think only my house does......in the vase that contains your flowers.....use SPRITE.

not water. use SPRITE-_-

with or without lemon doesn't matter. last longer. flowers look fresher and marvelously, no ants-_-

so weird kan. i know but it works....so...vart to do. life is strange sometimes. *laughs*

sticky update

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
this is what pocky ate just now at fish & co.
when the fish came, all of us (or only me) was like "omg...one whole fish....with the head...and tail!" wathe. haahahahahah so rare and...kinda weird :D but me like the sambal. me love sambal. omg. me suddenly want eat sambal with rice-_- i can eat that for 3 mealslor. whole day. ridiculous.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
this is how pocky remember girls handphone numbers. on his palm. so old school kan? cause he's an ahpek like this. what to do. everyone forgive him please. haha :D

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
went washroom halfway during yumcha and heard some woman singing. it's been quite some time since i sat at some cafe and listen to live sessions like this. brought back some memories really. soothing songs at night are the best. erg* don't understand lala ah beng songs at 12am. mind distruption jer. anyway, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night. Champ's 1st floor centre point, live music entertainment: )

heard two songs. hahahaha the guys thought i fell asleep on the toilet bowl. bLeah.

(chorus song no.1)
But there's a danger in loving somebody too much,
and it's sad when you know it's your heart you can't trust.
There's a reason why people don't stay where they are.
Baby, sometimes, love just aint enough.

(chorus song no.2)
I 'm all out of love, I'm so lost without you
I know you were right believing for so long
I 'm all out of love, what am I without you
I can't be too late to say that I was so wrong

marathon food post v2

Garden Lifestyle Store at One Utama (1U). Ground Floor. hard to miss.

i tell you i think everyone must have "ooh-ed" and "aah-ed" at the extensive deco of this place when they come up from 1U's B1 escalator, next to Hang Ten (if i'm not mistaken) you won't even know it's a restaurant until you actually see someone handing out fliers and all. decorated with flowers, flowers and MORE Flowers. girls might actually go crazy at the sight of it. too bad all fakes, cause if it were all real. any girl would go crazy plus the smell of fresh flowers are actually veryvery nice.

sad to say i bet half the people who entered this restaurant must have said, "feels like FULL HOUSE at NXZ" hahaha if same company design nvmlarh, if it's not...-_-'' you can even buy most of the deco items too, but not at a very reasonable price if i must say so myself. the bonus of the whole place is definitely the white piano that greets you once you enter the Gardens. (ergh somehow it feels salah having the Gardens at MV as well)

came to the place 2nd time around cause my mom loves it there or maybe she cheekily wanted to just go back to the place just to see the head waiter. the 1st time we were there, the head waiter actually forgot to place our order through the system so we kinda waited darn long for our food till my mom complained and all. when i filled in the feedback form, the guy was actually walking in circles around me trying to peek and see if i had complained bout him!

he even snatched the form from another waitress that i handed to. to me it was a funny sight. i just wrote "more desserts please."

this time when i came , i saw this :D
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Tea Time Buffet (3-6pm)
rm19.90 for 1 pax. rm33.90 for 2 pax.
more then 100 variety to choose from. and then this freaking long list of available flavours and whatnots.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
seriously when i 1st saw it, my eyes practically popped. i wanted to eat everything that was there. almost every piece was practically screaming their own sweet stories to me. argh* SIBEH TEMPTED. wathefrappucino. but i din't. decided to hold it back and come back on a weekday...prolly alone just to savour each and every piece. and prolly DIE taking photos of each and every piece. and DIE FASTER if i have to write a review of each and every piece.

Laughs*

but i don't mind if i have to :D i just wanna eat first.

thank God for set meals or whoever the genius is to come up with set meals.

all set meals comes with Soup of the Day and choose between the drinks of ice lemon tea, coffee or tea.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
twice i went. twice i had this something veggie soup. which i did not really liked, taste really spinach-y when it was cold and tasted oddfully sweet when hot. Bleah. although my friend was having fun, "ehh see whether can draw heart shape." upon trying and stirring, "bLeah let's just drink" hahahaha

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Garden Black Pepper Chicken Chop - rm17.90
i personally like black pepper (which reminds me during sec school i had a black pepper steak war with this guy at THE SHIP haha but that's another story for another day) but it was not bad :D i don't think you can actually go wrong with black pepper and grilled chicken chop. so all's good. practically licked the sauce clean :D ops*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Nasi Lemak Chicken
erm..like any other nasi lemak? :D the sambal was..nothing. no hot. no spice. nada. either it is bland or my tongue is strong when it comes to nasi lemak sambal :D chicken was not bad though. crunchy! okay, so someone will sure say "bulat, the rice will tell how good the nasi lemak actually is. that's the main ingredient" okay bulat the great here doesn't really like rice. esp. virgin rice (means white rice) i like unvirgin-ed rice (means fried / sauced) so..after adding the sambal. i can no longer taste the rice and that's why i am the world's worst nasi lemak reviewer.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Spaghetti Aglio Ed Olio With Shrimp- rm17.90
i liked this :D not badlarh. not too strong. not too bland. though i felt a lil thirsty after eating this...-_- sigh* we all know what that means. the best bit was the prawns. fresh and juicyly bigger then what i expected.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
this was not in the set.....Mee siam i think. mom was complaining there was too much angmo food on the set lunch so she decided to throw in ala cina food. for a place that feels western and serves ( i think concentrates) on western. surprisingly this was not bad at all :D

another set that i think would be worth taking is the Sandwhich set. looks surprisingly huge! i hope my eyes did not fail on me. there was this 5-6 year old kid who ordered that and i tell you, it's very funny to see her having trouble putting the sandwhich into her mouth cause it can't fit. later to see her peel one by one. bread. filling. to only eat half and tell her grandma that she can no longer eat leaving the grandma with the "omg then how to finish??!" look hahah and picking the fries one by one.

SO CUTE

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
the trend is to have small tables, huge plates and fairly okay ..or maybe small to guys portion. laughs* i guess if i were to come here with the bodos i would have to split my portion with the two bodo guys.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
cuase everyone loves this rose stick and i wanna steal it! :D i stole many sticks ...okay stirrers already but usually from pubs :D

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
YES. dessert
Apple Sorbet rm9.90
Oh.my.god. the sorbet is expensive (to me) but gooood (to me) hahahaha :D
served chilled with the ice-cream in the center of the fruit. it was a bit too sweet to friend no.1 but sour to friend no.2-_- i just ate it cause i liked it :D and i was tempted to eat the apple after finishing the ice-cream. argh* i should have! wathesoups.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
mango orange sorbet rm9.90
this was equally good as well. mango with a hint of orange-ness served in orange skin. omg. i like :D hahahhahahah it's crazy i tell you. ice-cream really makes people happy. if pricey at least try one and share with the others. there are many flavours, wished i have the budget to try all :(

Oh. this time around though, food came amazingly fast laughs* although the people working (waiters) were a bit...off-key and blur but food came fast so....yea forgiven and thnk God for this waitress. if it wasn't cause of her, i think many waiters would have given wrong orders to wrong tables everywhere !

on quieter days would be nice for dating, bigger groups on weekends to just hang out :D all in all it's not bad. worth a 1st time visit at the very least.

marathon food post

i am not lying when i said i have been eating for 4 days in a row.

laughs*

and cause i promised Kelvin a review on RIBS @ Oasis (despite the million people out there who has already reviewed it) , so here goes.

went to Ribs last Friday, not surprising that it's my 3rd/4th visit there to be exact but 1st time with family. mom was complaining that i never bring her go despite me endlessly talking bout a place that sells PORK RIBS to her face when she lurves pork ribs.

when Tony Roma's 1st step foot into malaysia, she was devastated to know that there wouldn't be any pork ribs available. ever since she tried them in the states, she has been looking fwd but only to disappointment that she can't get it here Laughs*

the place is pretty cozy for me, though it can get a lil noisy due to the fact that the place is pretty packed on weekend nights. there was one visit where there was this girl with her guitar (or was it her friend playing the guitar) singing. i kinda like it. her voice was nice and all, not to mention very young...15?. sad to say, not many people were listening and cause there wasn't actually proper set up as in music equipments (mike, speakers etc.) can't really hear her sing. thankfully i was sitting near then *laughs*

though buaya joey did not really agree to the concept cause the restaurant environment wasn't right to have her acoustic performance, thus not having 100% positive feedback. sad but i still enjoyed the music. would love to see her there again actually : )

please take notice that ms.bulat here has bad brain cells and did not keep the receipt for i never thought i would promise Kelvin for this review. so there would prolly be slight mistakes (cause i have to say what is the dish made of at least kan) in dish names and prices are unavailable Laughs* but everything is in my very honest, no lie opinion.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Mushroom Soup
prolly around rm8 per bowl.
i personally did not really like it. very mushy, slightly oatmeal-ish texture like. drank a few sips and passed the bowl to my mom who delightfully SCRAPED and LICKED the bowl cleaned. so did my younger brother. my mom absolutely loved it. she was saying how 'original' it tasted. hahaha i prefer mushroom soup where i can actually bite bits of mushroom.

not like campbell for goodness sake. i hate campbell.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Grilled Belly Oriental (i think)
this particular dish came, mom distributed small portions to everyone. i took the first bite and omg, the sauce was rich enough but over powering to kill the taste of the meat. i wanted another piece but the next thing i knew, the whole bone is on her plate and she's ready to pick it off the plate with her hands, eating it like some cannibal (haha sorry mom) it wasn't that bad as i described but that just shows how much she enjoyed it. i loved it too. heck, the whole table loves it-_- my brother and her said if they ever go back, this would be ordered for sure. even though they have tried it already.

two thumbs from them-_- Laughs*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Baby Back in BBQ Source
out of the 4 times i have been there, i have seen this dish on the table...4 times. yes. everytime. hahahaha cause pocky loves it like anything. everytime he goes, he will order this and he will go back just for this. i can assure you-_- cause he dragged me there the 3rd time for this particular reason. i kinda like the sauce that comes seperately, it has this unique taste. while pocky rape the ribs clean to the bones, i love dipping the diced potatoes into the sauce.

i recalled someone saying that for such dish, should at least be served with broccolis, cauliflowers, carrots etc. at the side. i don't know bout others, but for me as a girl, i can barely finish whatever is on the plate. laughs* if there were veggies served, it would be much healthier (actually with such amount of pork, damn a lot of veggies needed to balance it lar) but i don't think i can fit it all in. or it's more like...guys usually don't really eat the veggies anyway, it's the girls that will clean it off the plate HAHAHA

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Reverse Pork Burger
when my brother saw this on the menu, his eyes practically went WIDE OPEN. like omg, isn't that PORK GALORE? the meat patty was juicy, not to mention everyone's fav bacon strip (everyone seems to fight over it everytime there's a burger-_- watheforkandspoon) the only setback for my brother was that he can't acually pick the burger up to eat but it was worth wiping the plate clean anyway.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Hawaiian Pork Burger
it's almost the same as the above just that it's bread as the 'cover' this time not the meat (and everyone says, "drats") with pineapple. yea, i can't believe we ordered this just cause pocky loves pineapple. laughs*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
some spaghetti with beef (i think it's beef)
buaya joey ordered this and i can't seem to remember anything bout it. but it can't be all that bad. if it's bad, i would remember cause buaya joey will be complaining bout it but no memories, so no bads :D

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
Lobster Spaghetti
i love this pasta :D there's just something bout the sauce. hahaha i don't know why. i ate a whole lot. for a person that doesn't really fancy pasta, i was a bit shocked myself. the lobster meat was a bit hard but other then that, generous portion of 3...though my mom insisted it's called something else, not lobster laughs*

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
i can't seem to remember the name for this. but if memories serve me right, the filling of the mini cream puff look alike at the bottom was orange served with Haagen Dazs ice-cream. a lil dry for me or there wasn't enough filling to compliment the pastry outside. but then again, my tongue is always prefers a lil heavy on desserts. eat it with the ice-cream and it wouldn't feel that bad.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
one bonus bout RIBS is that the ice-cream are all Haagen Dazs plus instead of the usual rm10 at Haagen outlets (though now i know Haagen is running a promotion of cheaper price for some flavours) its rm7.90 at RIBS. kuakuakua. :D happy. having ice-cream makes me happy. having desserts make me extra happy.

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
ice-cream with banana fritters...in other words...something like banana splitlarh. i never really liked bananas (i'm picky, i only like certain place and certain home grown bananas) i always liked the ice-cream that comes with the bananas. im fortunate to always have friends who will actually sapu the bananas while i sapu the ice-cream *laughs*

if i wasn't wrong, buaya joey tried carbonara the first time we were there. can't recall what was his review on it. but if there's a person who eats carbonara like people breathes oxygen it would be him and so far the top of his list is still Pizza Uno's Carbonara.

i on the other hand ate some Apple Crumble Pie ( i think it's a pie..or a slice of it) with Vanilla Ice-Cream. THIS WAS DAMN GOOD. at that time i thought it was too sweet, but after 3 desserts. this one ROCKS :D *laughs* or maybe cause i just love apple pies. but seriously, i would be lying if i say i did not like it cause i licked the plate clean okay.

every time i leave this restaurant, i come out with this satisfying smile and hands rubbing my stomach. freaking full for me-_- ordered Pork Loin as well the last Friday i was there. they forgot bout it but it's alright. i have a feeling we will be back anyway *Stares at mom and bro* besides we were all so full, if that pork came, haha it would take a miracle to finish it. then again, i wouldn't be surprised if we did. aren't malaysians like this?

"full arh" but still eat :D hahahha one thing i really like bout RIBS is the people working there. the waitresses are always so friendly and nice-_- it's crazy. haha esp this petite long hair woman, beh tahan. everytime i'm there, it's her serving me. the chef( i think he is the chef) was a friendly guy asking hows food and i tell you, the owner just loves to talk LAUGHS* clicks with every table.

the map for dear Kelvin cause i suck in explaining roads despite knowing how to go.

kame hame ha...HAHAHAHA

that was how i felt through out the whole movie.

i laughed.

i don't know i laughed cause the two, Daniel on my right and Aaron woolala on my left were laughing, (laughing is contagious right?) , laughed cause it was so lame or laugh cause the storyline was saddening-ly morphed out of proportions or should i say cramped forcefully.

actually if you do not take the original dragonball storyline into comparison and just take it as a normal movie. it is still bearable. really. like some....prolly semi-okay humour vs. action teenage hero movie. probably will attract kids. esp the scene where Goku was fighting with piccolo (pikor my dear BM readers) sidekicks...felt like those ultraman monsters...yea. hahaha

if you are gonna compare it straight dead with the original comic line and all. be prepared to just disappoint yourself. right.to.the.bone.

i bet everyone was counting how many kame hame ha would actually be used in the movie. plus, too much cleavage action. Chichi in the comic was so ...hmm....decently traditionally kungfu trained with very old-fashion mother sense....in this show well, hahahahhahaha nice boobs...

round and.....round :D

Thanks to Nuffnang for giving the tickets to Daniel and Daniel who was forced by me to bring me go watch cause i know if i were to initiate a watch for this movie, no one would have wanted. hahaha :D

all in all, i SERIOUSLY ENJOYED THIS MOVIE MORE THAN WATCHMEN.

SERIOUSLY. *shows most serious look*

so in my 2 cents, get the dragonball DVD if you're a hardcore fan( i mean seriously like you die also wanna see despite my very badly written review, the show is not that bad to me, i just don't have fabulous writing skills or the brain cells to remember everything from the movie so i can talk bout it here-_-) or if you just wanna waste your time, having a laugh now and then...or just like daniel laughing at everything from the rocks, to the colour of the kame hame ha ..everything..until his TEARS CAME OUT.

"omg one kame hame ha can kaotim the bad guy!"
"well if it doesn't we are gonna sit through a much longer movie, you want ka?"

but DONT GET WATCHMEN. whatever it is.

Thank you :D

ohoh!! hahaha my happy face when i understood those 2 small lines of jap used in the movie-_- and the theme song is in Jap! how bout that. back to the roots of the origin country of the story-_-!!

and pocky lagi lame-_-

Pocky - says:
kame hame harmee...harmee..nice to eat

SIGH. why he so bodo like this. tell me.

Let's go Sunway Lagoon !!!!

Was thinking about having a day of fun at Sunway Lagoon. Been a while since the last time i was there. But i think it's best that we do it somewhere in May, because everyone is quite busy this few weeks.

We shall put it as the 3rd of May ( the first sunday of May ) first. Later only we see how. Can bring friends la.. but limit it to max 6-7 person laaa.. Too many a bit hard to control la.

It's a part of life...

There are millions of ways to live a life....

Some knows what they want, while some don't even know where to start.

Some had their life arranged, while some's a mess.

Some have one, while some don't.

As for me, i have found mine in the last few years.

Life, is about knowing what you want, to start with.

It's about finding what you want.

Life is about knowing how it feels.

Knowing what if.. Knowing how to.

Life is about making mistakes,

It's about learning,

Learning what makes you smile, and what doesn't,

Learning to be special, learning to be original.

I know how it is like...

I know how it is like to wake up one morning hoping that miracle could happen.

Hoping that on that day itself, everything would go your way.

I know how it is like.. to hope for the smallest thing.

Things that seems unimportant to people i know.

Things as easy as opening your mouth and and taste food.

I know how it is like.. to be lost.

Both mentally and physically.

Lost in the centre of the city, penniless.

Lost in life, hopeless.

I know how it felt... found that one hint.

That one hope. That one solution.

That changes everything.

I know how it felt.. to be worry.

Worry that things will never be the same again.

Worry that i might not be able to cope up with the changes.

I know how it is like ... to be heartbroken.

Those sleepless nights. Thinking what if.. and Why didn't i..

I know how it felt... to win something.

And how it is like .. to lose it the next day.

I know how it felt... to be poor.

Where every dollar counts.

I know how it felt .. to be afraid.

Lost that sense of security even when you are safe behind 4 walls.

I know how it felt .. to be cheated.

That one time that make you lost all your trust in others.

I know how it felt to be drunk, to be really sick, and to be just.. out of mind.

And how it is like .. to climb out of those misery.

I know how it felt.. to be loved.

And the feeling of loving in return.

I know how it felt.. to say goodbye.

Knowing that things will never be the same again.

I know how it felt ..to miss someone so much,

that a single call of his/her name, can make you cry.

Life ... is about knowing how it felt.

Learning every single one of them.

For those that you learn, determine what you end up to be.

And after you had finally know it all...

...you can turn back and look back at the life you been thru...

...and say " ..It's a part of life ... "

A very nicey sushi and ice cream hunt!

Here's a story of 3 hunters...hunting for food~ and keep all the evidence posted on the blog haha!

Story goes like tis, one good evening Bodoky was filled with the mood to go dinner with Bodolat and me. And i was told to get ready after 6pm. As soon as he finished working, he fetch Bodolat, next he stopped at my house to wait for me.
He called my hp, and I was asleep. i was awaken by da phone call to realize it was 7pm! LOLX!

It took me approximately 11mins to prepare... tidy da bed, shower, change, mess my hair, wear shoes, and get into the car! lolx! im proud tat i can do it all for only 11mins. hahaha!

This is how Pocky looked like when he's waiting, from the expression i wonder if he's happy waiting for me xDDD

Bodolat got nothing to do so she took the pic of her sexy leg, lolx!

Bodoky's daughter, yellow dolly got sooo bored waiting for me and she cried....kesiann

***************

Guess i shud stop crapping bout my stories and go to the main event lolx!!
Where am i???

Ohh ya...back to story of 3 hunters hunting for food!!

HUNT 1: SAY SUSHI MEANS ZANMAI!!!

We've decided to have a sushi hunt at Sushi Zanmai, and here's some nicey jappie food we had tat nite...~

Here's some sushi for our appetizer:

And of coz not to forget our main course of the nite. Mann, though i juz had it not long ago, this one stil makes me hungry again lolx!

B0doky had unagi with rice (someone pls translate the menu in japanese)!! . Although we ordered the small portion, but the serving was quite big...not to forget, the unagi is fresh hehe!

Bodosey's tempura prawn with rice. Yummy crunchy crunchy prawn served with rice and 3 strings of seaweed haha!

This is Bodolat's sashimi salad . I love to dip it with cream, i dunno wat was that, or was that mayonaise? haha! And Bodoky should learn to eat salad altho its a diet meal like u said :p

This is why it took so long for me to choose which plate to get....

What? I was taking pic of a chopstick model holding the a pair of chopstick, haha!

HUNT 2: WAT'S YUR FLAVOR? BASKIN' ROBBINS

That day, I suddenly think of eating ice cream. Altho i have been a fan of ice cream, but i did not eat it often, lolx! And unlike Bodolat who has once eat McD's icy for 5-days straight *bow* and the 6th day she stopped taking any ice cream at all, for 2 days!!!
Like what i told her "miracle!!!" And i was suggestin' we buy 4D... and we thought of two numbers, I took '1234' and Bodolat wanted '8888' (she likes 'ong') XD! (numbers like tis are unlikely to strike, we're nt 4D expert -.-").

Back to story, after we had sushi we did not give up and we went for icy hunt at baskin' robbins lolx!

Pocky had 'World-class chocolate' icy, and i had 'Peanut butter & choco' icy. He said his flavor tasted better just because it is named 'world-class' -.-" swt......

Guess correct? No prize for u haha!
